1Portal now brings all our services into a single, streamlined digital experience. Broadband, Ethernet, Voice, Cloud, Security - everything now sits together in one powerful platform. The days of switching between multiple tools or juggling different provider systems are over. This is one platform, one relationship, and one simple way for partners to get business done.

Enabling more choice

PXC is the UK’s largest Alt Net aggregator, and that choice should be available to our partners – that’s exactly what 1Portal now does.

Partners can access Openreach FTTP and SOGEA, alongside CityFibre FTTP, with Community Fibre, Freedom Fibre and further Alt Nets already available via API and coming soon to 1Portal. And that’s on top of our existing range of great Ethernet, EoFTTP and EoSOGEA, and value-added solutions. These additions mean broader reach, more flexibility and the ability to serve more customers, more effectively.

Automation for the win

At the heart of the platform’s evolution is automation. Manual ticketing processes have been replaced with fast, fully self‑serve journeys that keep orders moving at pace. In fact, 96% of FTTP orders are now zero‑touch, progressing within minutes rather than days. The result is a smoother experience for partners and fewer delays, fallouts or cancellations.

Constant innovation

Features like Prove Telecare are also being integrated to ensure vulnerable customers remain fully protected as the UK continues its digital transformation.

The roadmap also includes new automated assurance capabilities and advanced diagnostics tools that will continue enhancing the service experience, because we’re committed to building a platform that evolves with the demands of the future.

But do partners approve?

Short answer: yes. Before we launched to the industry at large, we trialled the new upgrade with just 50 of our partners, who came back with resoundingly positive reactions. The results of the trial proved 1Portal’s efficiency and even won us an ISPA Award for Best Wholesale Platform.
