Experiencing a fault with your Zoom service?

Please let us know by contacting the Support Team by sending an email to uc-support@pxc.co.uk or by calling 0161 552 5580.

Where applicable, please include a Zoom network diagnosis output. On raising your request, you will receive an acknowledgement email and ‘ticket’ reference to confirm your issue has reached us. Our engineers will respond as per your contracted Service Level Agreement.

Please note that during the Beta period, our helpdesk for Zoom Products will be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm only.
